If you plan to travel to Thailand for business or trade, you will need to obtain a Non-Immigrant "B" visa.
This type of visa is issued to applicants who wish to travel to the Kingdom of Thailand for business or work purposes (i.e., to conduct trade).
This visa is intended for individuals traveling to Thailand for business or employment (i.e., trade-related activities).
Required Documents:
– passport valid for at least 6 months after return
– fully and clearly completed application form
– recent applicant photo (4 x 6 cm)
– return flight ticket copy (paid in full)
– official note – confirmation from government offices/embassies and consulates, international organizations, or state enterprises in Thailand, confirming the purpose of visit
– acceptance letter from the Ministry of Labor (Division of Alien Labor Control, Department of Employment)
– employment contract (must specify salary, position, and qualifications; document must be signed by an authorized managing director and bear the company stamp)
– letter from the company in Slovakia where the applicant is employed, stating the purpose of the visit to Thailand – dispatch letter
– invitation letter from a company in Thailand (authorized to employ foreigners) detailing the reasons for the applicant's work invitation (document must be signed by an authorized managing director and bear the company stamp)
– documentation showing correspondence with business partners in Thailand
– proof of sufficient financial funds (20,000 Baht per person)
This visa is intended for applicants who wish to enter the Kingdom of Thailand for study, participation in projects, seminars, conferences, or training, or as foreign Buddhist monks.
Required Documents:

– official note from a Thai state school/university proving the applicant’s purpose for the visit (private Thai schools must provide a school license and a certificate from the government agency responsible for the institution)
– acceptance letter from the Thai state school/university or institution confirming the applicant's enrollment
– official confirmation from government offices/embassies and consulates, international organizations, or state enterprises in Thailand confirming the purpose of the visit (applies only to those attending conferences, courses, seminars, or training)

The person concerned in conformity with the relevant obligations of the Act No. 18/2018 Z.z. on the protection of personal data as amended (hereinafter „ZoOOÚ“) ensures that the personal data filled in the contact form are accurate and up-to-date. The person concerned hereby authorises the Provider with his own free, explicit and unconditional consent to process his/her personal data to the extent of name, surname, phone number, e-mail address as means to contact the person concerned as a candidate for cooperation, in the „clients“ information system of the provider within the period of 180 days since the authorisation. The person concerned has the right to withdraw his/her consent with personal data processing in the same manner as the consent was given. Consent withdrawal has no impact on the the lawful processing of personal data based on the consent given before its withdrawal. The rights of the person concerned are set in particular by §§ 19 – 30 ZoOOÚ. The rights and obligations of the broker as a provider are in particular set by §§ 31 – 46 ZoOOÚ. The person concerned confirms that the broker has fulfilled its reporting obligations in accordance with ZoOOÚ. The person concerned takes note that his personal data is processed in accordance with ZoOOÚ due to appropriate technological, organizational and personal regulations in particular concerning applicable technological specifications, confidentiality and importance of personal data as well as the possible risks liable to distort safety or functionality of the information systems. The provider is obliged to process and handle personal data of the person concerned in accordance with the legislation in force.
