Slovak citizens entering the Kingdom of Thailand for tourism are exempt from visa requirements for stays of up to 30 days. For longer stays or entry for other purposes, a visa is required.
Slovak citizens can apply for Thai visas before departure, for example, at the Royal Thai Embassy in Vienna or at the Honorary Consulate in Bratislava.
As of November 13, 2015, it is possible to apply for a Multiple Entry Tourist Visa (METV) at Thai embassies and consulates.
METVs are valid for 6 months, with a maximum stay of 60 days per entry.

– proof of accommodation in Thailand
For applicants intending to visit Thailand multiple times for tourism purposes.
– passport valid for at least 6 months after return
– completed application form
– recent applicant photo (4 x 6 cm)
– proof of permanent residence or residency permit in Slovakia (copy of ID card)
– proof of financial stability, showing at least 200,000 Baht (approx. 5,000 EUR) per person; 400,000 Baht (approx. 10,000 EUR) per family over the last six months
– employment verification letter or school letter (for students) or unemployment certificate (if applicable)
– return flight ticket copy
– proof of accommodation in Thailand
– consular officers reserve the right to request additional documents as needed
Issued to applicants who intend to enter Thailand for the following reasons:
– transit through Thailand to a third country (category "TS")
– participation in sports activities (category "S")
– crew members at a port (category "C")
Required Documents:
– passport valid for at least 6 months after return

– recent applicant photo (4 x 6 cm)
– proof of sufficient financial means (20,000 Baht per person)
– proof of departure from Thailand (confirmed fully paid ticket or other transportation ticket), and visa for the third country in the travel document if applicable
– invitation letter proving participation in sports activities in Thailand

The person concerned in conformity with the relevant obligations of the Act No. 18/2018 Z.z. on the protection of personal data as amended (hereinafter „ZoOOÚ“) ensures that the personal data filled in the contact form are accurate and up-to-date. The person concerned hereby authorises the Provider with his own free, explicit and unconditional consent to process his/her personal data to the extent of name, surname, phone number, e-mail address as means to contact the person concerned as a candidate for cooperation, in the „clients“ information system of the provider within the period of 180 days since the authorisation. The person concerned has the right to withdraw his/her consent with personal data processing in the same manner as the consent was given. Consent withdrawal has no impact on the the lawful processing of personal data based on the consent given before its withdrawal. The rights of the person concerned are set in particular by §§ 19 – 30 ZoOOÚ. The rights and obligations of the broker as a provider are in particular set by §§ 31 – 46 ZoOOÚ. The person concerned confirms that the broker has fulfilled its reporting obligations in accordance with ZoOOÚ. The person concerned takes note that his personal data is processed in accordance with ZoOOÚ due to appropriate technological, organizational and personal regulations in particular concerning applicable technological specifications, confidentiality and importance of personal data as well as the possible risks liable to distort safety or functionality of the information systems. The provider is obliged to process and handle personal data of the person concerned in accordance with the legislation in force.
